Introduction: The TDF-T12 is a significant achievement in development resulting from constant research by the engineers of the ACL Lifeng Group. The TDF series when combined with a motor driven shearer, notcher, folder- bender and a Pittsburgh lock machine when combined with a feeding unit can form an air duct production line, producing a flange of high quality.
The design features give a wel-seal that is guaranteed also the machine has unmatchable functions.
The seaming process has been designed, to be completed in one process. The duct and the flange being made in one-process saves the connecting work, which reduces costs and improves quality. This allows the assembly of the duct to be done with four screws and without the use of welding or any other tools.
