Introduction:

The working principle of the double column welding machine is similar with gantry-type welding machine. The difference is that, for gantry welding machine, the welding is accomplished between two rails; for double column welding machine, the welding is accomplished outside the rails. It can weld the H-beam which is higher than 1.5m, no limit for beam height. When it is single arc single wire welding , the welding power can be settled on the machine trolley.

Details

1. The web height of H beam has no limited, it can weld large size H beam.

2. The gantry moving is frequency speed control, the speed can be adjusted according to the welding technology requirement 

with convenience.

3. Moving trolley is composed by union of two moving beams. The moving trolley is driven by two motors speed-reducer, the 

system is double driving, which insure the moving stable and reliable.

4. Seam tracking device is placed under welding beam, it has the function of automatic tracking, which can keep suitable distance 

between welding gun and welding seam, it has auto compensation function for H-beam’s deformation.
